While you should make sure your skill sessions are the bulk of your training, strength and conditioning is vital to ensuring you go as far as you can in your given sport. Here is just a few reasons why:

As stated you need your skill work, especially if you are a beginner but there is more to fighting than skill, athleticism plays its part, SNC helps boost your performance by enhancing things like coordination, learning new movement patterns, building on your relative and absolute strength in order to create the best athlete you can be!
Not to mention the mental edge you have knowing you are training all aspects of your game to the fullest. There is so much to cover in these sessions but we break the work down into phases focussing on goal setting and working are arses off to achieve them, we divide and conquer!
Injury prevention!
SNC helps with injury prevention by bulletproofing your body through Strengthening supporting muscles not used as frequently in your regular training helping to even out any imbalances and establishing correct posture
Who are we looking for?
We provide SnC for combat athletes of all types, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, if its combat we train for it! We work alongside your established skills coaches not against them! When it comes down to fight day, every box needs to be ticked!
